Market research is a broad subject, but rarely conducted by smaller companies. It can include:

  • Calling existing customers to determine if a new product or service would be welcomed
  • Receiving feedback from a user of a product which is on trial
  • Conducting en spec or arranged telephone interviews with wide ranging questions about the customers perception of the company, what it does and how it delivers it
  • Performing competitor assessment and analysis

and many more.

Few small companies carry out such research because of time pressures and expecting it to be too expensive. Techvolution aims to make this available to small as well as large companies.
