Appointment setting

Many of our clients find it difficult and frustrating to book appointments. It takes time away from fee earning / income generation. There are different reasons why appointments need to be booked. Techvolution recognise this.

 

Existing clients

These are clients who you are already working with and will probably welcome your call. For these all we need is the name, phone number and the specific reason for the potential appointment. We will then put the appointments in the time slots that you have indicated are available. We can enter them directly into your diary if you a Diary Management client.

 

Qualified leads

We can work with you to call prospects who you have met who have indicated interest in your products and services.

We would take a brief from you to with pertinent information where you met the prospect and the service that they showed interest in. We would then phone up each of the leads to book an appointment for you. For each call made we would record the key content and result of the conversation and report it back to you. We could then enter any booked appointments directly into your diary if you a Diary Management client.

 

Soft cold calls

You may like to provide us with a database of contacts and task us to call them and book appointments. For each call made we would record the key content and result of the conversation and report it back to you. We could then enter any booked appointments directly into your diary if you a Diary Management client.
