How message taking works

It's such a simple process, as one of our Testimonials describes and supports! Quite simply, we provide you with a divert number, usually an 0845, which you then divert your organistion's normal number, or your mobile, to as and when you want Techvolution to handle your calls for you. If on occasions, maybe when you are in the office and are able to take calls, you may very simply 'un-divert' your incoming number from Techvolution and the calls come straight through to you as normal and we take no part in the process.

Messages are relayed through to you by SMS or email, usually within 2 minutes of them being taken by Techvolution. At the end of each day, you are provided with an End Of Day Report which is emailed to you and summarises all of your messages for that day. This is all included within your professional message taking service and with no additional cost!

 

What makes us different:

  • We only charge per message and not per minute, or part-thereof
  • We do not charge when you call us to amend anything: your status, your message; or to make an enquiry on your account
  • We do not charge for those unwanted sales calls
  • We do not charge for nuisance calls
  • We do not charge for wrong numbers

Depending upon what Service Provider you use i.e. BT, Virgin etc., they offer slightly differing facilities depending on whether you have a Residential or Business line with them.

 

Your options could be:

  • Divert all incoming calls - from your business line, or your mobile - or of course both!
  • Divert on busy- it immediately diverts to Techvolution when your line is busy
  • Divert on unanswered- it rings for so many rings and if unanswered, then diverts to Techvolution
