A number of calls we receive are asking about client's availability and to book appointments. If we are able to see your diary "live" and enter appointments directly this can save a considerable amount of time and unnecessary telephone calls and emails.

We work with a number of different diary systems including Outlook, Google, service desk software and other proprietary systems.

This service can also be used when we are making outbound calls on your behalf as well.
