Basic message taking

For whatever reason you or your colleagues are unable to take telephone calls, we answer them in your company's name on your behalf and will take a message which generally includes: 

  • Name of caller
  • Company or organisation
  • Telephone number
  • Nature of enquiry
  • Other brief information as defined by you

If requested we will give the caller the reason why you are unavailable which you can update free of charge whenever you wish.

The price of our monthly subscription messaging service starts from £14* per month (minimum contract 3 months).

For low volume clients or periodic/adhoc cover we have the very popular PrePay service which starts with the PrePay50 for £120.

Techvolution will ensure that you don’t miss that call and more importantly it will always be answered professionally and with a smile by a real person and not an answering machine or voicemail. Messages are then passed to you quickly and efficiently by SMS, email or both.

You will also receive an End Of Day report at the end of each day usually by email, summarising your day’s messages. This is really useful as it allows you to double-check that you and your colleagues have attended to all your enquiries.

This service includes filtering nuisance and sales calls as directed by you. Such calls are not recorded, not relayed and not charged for.
